Our deep cleaning service and maintenance/scheduled clean are similar in that we focus on the same areas in the home each time we visit a client. A deep clean will focus on hand, wet wiping/washing the following rather than dry dusting in a maintenance/scheduled clean. Dry dusting will usually take a top layer of dust/dirt but not penetrate to the surface if there is a buildup of dirt and smudges. What Maintenance Cleaning Services Include

We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder.  Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster.  We cannot move heavy furniture but will try to reach visible places with an extension.  Old mildew and mold may not come out of grout and caulk. Those may need regrouting or recaulking.  We will not clean up blood, vomit or feces (of any kind), as these present a health hazard to our staff.
