Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, Mrs. Clean Pittsburgh carries comprehensive liability and bonded insurance to provide the client with the peace of mind that if an accident were to occur, they are covered and have no liability. It is common to find most cleaners in the industry that don’t carry insurance while on your property. We can provide you with a copy of the certificate of coverage upon request.

Do you do background checks?

Yes, all employees’ backgrounds are reviewed before employment.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all products needed to clean and the cleaning teams are trained in using the products. Many of the cleaning products we use are national brands such as Windex, Mr. Clean, Clorox, Simple Green, Member’s Mark.

Do you use green products?

Yes, available upon request.

 

Are you pet friendly?

We are pet friendly and can work around them.

How do you charge for services?

Our minimum fee for a Recurring Cleaning service is $110.00 and the Deluxe Deep Cleaning service is $399. Sales tax not included.

Payment methods?

We request payment on the day of service. Please leave a check or we can process a credit card payment.

Do you do estimates?

Yes, the estimates are free and non-binding. A brief meeting is scheduled to allow you to get to know Mrs. Clean Pittsburgh better and to fully assess your cleaning needs.

 

Can you offer references?

We are happy to provide you with references to help you assess our company and superior service.

Are you on Angie's List?

Yes, Mrs. Clean Pittsburgh is an Angie’s List member. Go look us up to see what others say about us.

Do the same people come every service?

We will send at least one of the technicians to each service. Do to unforeseen instances, i.e., death in family, illness, and also vacations, there will be time where we may have to send another cleaner.

Do I have to be home when you clean?

No, a large majority of our customers give us access to their homes when they are not there. You can provide us with a key or garage code to access the property.

How frequently do you offer service?

Weekly, several times weekly, every 4 weeks, or as often as you would like. We customize our cleaning to your needs.

Do the cleaning technicians accept tips?

Yes, tipping is not expected but is much appreciated by the cleaning teams serving you. Tip what you feel is appropriate and the tips go to the individuals directly.
